Facts: The MP7 family was designed by Heckler & Koch. they fire a 4.6x30mm cartridge which is capable of defeating soft body armor. They designed to be small, lightweight and portable for use by non-combat personnel and for vehicle crews. It is fed by 20, 30 and 40 round magazines that are inserted into the pistol grip. Notable users of the MP7 family are the Vatican Swiss Guard, US Navy DEVGRU (SEAL Team 6) and the French GIGN. The MP7A2 removes the MP7 and MP7A1 folding vertical grip and replaces it with a picatinny rail.
